Matt Morris is an artist, writer, curator, and educator. He’s exhibited internationally, with highlights including Shane Campbell Gallery, Chicago, IL; The Mary + Leigh Block Museum of Art, Evanston, IL; The Elmhurst Art Museum, Elmhurst, IL; The Contemporary Arts Center, Cincinnati, OH; and The Poor Farm, Manawa, WI. Morris is a transplant from southern Louisiana who holds a BFA from the Art Academy of Cincinnati, and earned an MFA in Art Theory + Practice from Northwestern University, as well as a Certificate in Gender + Sexuality Studies.
